Cv9 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms

Cv9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between cv9 and its users.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to register on cv9. Accounts created in violation of these conditions may be terminated at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Proof of age via valid ID may be required.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalties.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Users are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Citizens of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to register on cv9.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the cv9 platform. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels to ensure payment security.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also supported.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Processing may take longer on public holidays.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method that was used for the original deposit.
• Funds deposited into an account may not be transferred to any third party.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Cv9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please review the conditions below before taking advantage of these offers.

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, which typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members registering for the first time only. The same individual may not claim this bonus more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5; otherwise they will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Cv9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonuses are abused through multiple accounts or the use of proxies, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on cv9. They are in place to ensure a fair gaming environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the outcome will be determined in accordance with cv9's own rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, cv9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, cv9 reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment.

6 Prohibited Activities

Cv9 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Participating in match fixing, spot fixing, or any manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any form of hacking.
• Fraud or deception against other users.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage when placing bets.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Cv9 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances.

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if KYC verification is incomplete or if evidence of incorrect information is found.
• Users who wish to close their account must contact the support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Cv9 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal data. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Information provided at the time of registration will be used solely for platform operations and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Your personal information is never sold to any third party.

9 Responsible Gaming

Cv9 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We formally advocate for responsible gaming and provide users with a range of protective tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to suspend your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: A cooling-off break of between 24 hours and 30 days can be taken for a temporary pause.

10 Changes & Amendments

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and any existing balance will be returned to you.
