To register on cv9, a valid mobile number and a minimum age of 18 are required. During registration, you'll need to provide your full name, date of birth, and a password. Submitting KYC documents (NID or passport) afterwards will increase your withdrawal limit. The entire registration process can be completed in just 3 to 5 minutes.

No. Under cv9's policy, each person is allowed only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or ID document may result in all accounts being suspended and any balance being forfeited. If you run into any issues, please contact support directly.

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP will be sent to you. Verify the OTP and set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. If you don't receive the OTP, use the "Resend" option.

Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple incorrect password attempts or if suspicious activity is detected. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the problem continues, send an email to support@cv9.im or reach us via live chat. Once your identity is verified, your account will be reinstated within 24 hours.

cv9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Mobile banking deposits are typically reflected in your balance within 5 minutes. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.

Withdrawal requests on cv9 are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Accounts with completed KYC verification are processed even faster. Bank transfers may take 1 to 2 business days. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for your deposit.

Live betting, or in-play betting, lets you place bets while a match is in progress. cv9 offers real-time odds across cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and 100+ other sports. Odds change moment to moment, so timing your bet is key. Log in and access it directly from the "Live" menu.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a Cash Out feature is available on select betting markets, allowing you to take partial or full returns before the match ends. If Cash Out is available, you'll see the "Cash Out" button on your bet slip.

cv9 offers three odds formats — Decimal, Fractional, and Money Line. You can switch between them anytime from Settings. Decimal is the default for Bangladeshi users as it's the most straightforward to read.

If a match is completely cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded. The same applies if a match is suspended and does not resume within the specified timeframe. Refunds are typically credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours.

The cv9 app is available on our website's App Page You can download it directly from the official site. Android users can download and install the APK file, while iOS users can get it from the App Store. Even though it's not on the Google Play Store, installing the APK is completely safe.

To install the APK on an Android phone, you'll need to enable the "Install from Unknown Sources" option. You can find this under Settings → Security → Unknown Sources or Settings → Apps → Install Unknown Apps. It's a good idea to turn this off again after installation. If the issue persists, please contact support.
